My whole family stayed at this hotel, and had a great experience. The rooms we stayed in were excellent. They were very accommodating with us needing one of the rooms on the ground floor. Pet policy was great. We were able to get a late checkout too. In one of the rooms the toilet was not working for the whole day of check out, and the staff showed no urgency to repairing it. We had to use our other family member’s rooms or go downstairs, and that was very inconvenient. Other than that, it was a great experience.

My family of four visited for the weekend. Our overall stay was very nice and enjoyable. The couple of issues that I had were: 1) the breakfast food was limited and overcooked. But the biggest issue is the customer service. When we initially got to the hotel, my husband checked us in while I waited with the kids. The next day when I woke up and checked my bank account, I was a little shocked to see not only a $40 fee for incidentals but an additional $200 charge. My husband called the front desk and spoke with Tiana. Tiana confirmed that we had been charged twice for the room, once by Expedia and once by the night rep mistakenly. Instead of Tiana taking care of the issue and contacting Expedia or even offering an apology she simply said oh she charged your credit card instead of the Expedia card so I’m gonna pass this to the next rep and he’ll have to call Expedia. Absolutely unacceptable. First of all, you should offer an apology to the customer even if you’re the one who did it or not because you’re representing your company. Secondly you’re still on duty so you should not be passing off anything to the next rep; you should’ve taken care of it. I ended up having to contact Expedia myself and get everything sorted out. The Expedia rep called the hotel and spoke with Tiana and we will be getting a refund, but we should never have had to initiate that because it was not our fault. Tiana dropped the ball.

Not a great value for the money.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. My room however was not very clean. When I went to take a shower in the morning, there was a lot of long hair in the shower. I skipped it! There was no hand soap so you had to get soap from the dispenser in the shower. Also, the fitness center wasn't much more than free weights and treadmills.

The stay was pretty good the beds were so so. Wife and i are used to our serta so these beds hurt our backs more than we wouldve liked but place was nice, staff were very friendly and i would reccomend this place if a friend were to go to odessa.

The mattress was really bouncy, we removed the sheets on the mattress and there was a lot of stains. The bathroom shower there was a dark spot from the water just sitting there for a long time. The drain cover was broken and wasn’t on there right. Other than that it was ok. It wasn’t the best but it wasn’t the worst. But for the price and name I would expect it to be closer to good
