We found the staff to be very friendly, professional, and helpful. The facilities were very clean, and comfortable. My only wish was that there were brighter "daylight" LED lights in the lamps to provide a brighter room. Note: We found that the parking ramp (1 Place du Capitole) is somewhat of a busy pedestrian challenge to get to, but following the directions given to us by the hotel staff got us there) Should we visit Toulouse again, we will stay at the Plaza Hotel Capitole again."
