The penthouse apartment was very clean and accommodated us perfectly, with two bunk beds for our four kids 10 and under, and the queen bed for my husband and I, a full kitchen with cooking supplies, smart TV, and full bathroom. We really liked that there were ceiling fans in most of the rooms even with the air conditioning available. The owner was very quick to respond to messages through the VRBO app. We did not have any issues with our stay. We were in town for a concert at Hershey Stadium and it was about a 10 minute, less than, drive there. Check in/out was super easy also.
