Perfect for couples and solo travelers seeking a pet-friendly (small dogs under 20 lbs) hideaway with easy access to Jacksonville’s attractions. Book now and unwind in comfort and convenience just outside the city! Small Dog Friendly less than 20 lbs - additional cleaning/pet hair removal fee required. Dog must be disclosed in advance. Fee is per pet (1 pet max in the studio apartment) All dogs are to be treated with Advantage or similar topical flea and tick repellent three (3) days prior to arrival. Fleas and ticks are very rampant in this area and can cause harmful/fatal illness to humans and pets. All items above are the sole responsibility of the dog owner. Failure to disclose the pet in advance will result in a $500 fee. Dogs must be cleaned up after on the immediate grounds surrounding the building, we would encourage you to walk your dog in the wooded areas away from the building. Dog must not be disruptive to other residents & guests. So if your pup is a barker when it hears noises, this would not be the best place for you to stay! Thanks for your consideration. There is a nearby parking lot for trailers, RV's or boat parking during your stay. You will enter thru the Guard Gate and there will be ID Verification upon arrival. Be sure to be prepared to provide that. Parking is in the open lot in front of the building, spots are first come, first served. This studio apartment is on the 1st floor, no stairs required. The building is a combination of long term & short term rentals. Quiet Hours are daily between 10pm and 7am. Please be courteous of your fellow neighbors. \*\*Parties are strictly prohibited - as noted in the rental agreement. Penalties will be enforced. The property is monitored by Minut Monitoring as noted in the booking agreement. ARRIVAL & DEPARTURE Guest Arrival is anytime 4pm EST or after. If the property is approved for early arrival, you will receive a message letting you know you can arrive early and we will activate the door code. If you do not receive a message, then the arrival will remain at 4pm EST. Guest Departure is anytime 10am EST or before. If you have not departed by this time and do not have written prior approval for a late departure, you will be assessed a $50 late departure fee for every 30 minute delay. The Cleaning Services we use schedule their teams for multiple cleans in advance and any unplanned delays create issues. With unscheduled/unapproved late departures, they are required to bring in additional team members to assist, which incurs a higher cost that must be charged. I’m glad I found this apartment. The place was very nice, comfortable bed and all we needed in the kitchen. The back deck was screened in and we saw deer on several occasions. The surrounding neighborhood was beautiful. Being a gated community with a guard at the entrance gave us a feeling of safety. We definitely recommend this place. ##### Kathy G. I called the number on the outside sign Sunday night but no response, didn't see the number on the frig until the morning we left. It wasn’t a vacation as we are moving to a new home nearby but needed a place to just rest up til we closed. This was ideal. Rustic feel on the outside. Beautiful scenery. Lots of deer.
