The bed was comfortable, and the building was quiet. We slept great! It was an easy uber to South Beach on our full day in Miami and another easy uber to the cruise terminal on the morning of our departure. Then I found out that all the amenities were closed for the length of my stay. No pool. No hot tub. No spa. No work out area.Also: No guides to how things worked in the apt. Kitchen was a flea market with mismatched pots and no salad spinner. No hair dryer, no plugs to charge electronics like cell phones. I tried incessantly to get ahold of the owner or the host to work these things out and no help was offered. They did text me and ask me to stay around for a service man to do some work in the unit that had to do with the dryer... the shower had little hot water. I asked the Condominium Association Manager on the first floor when the info about the closing of all amenities went out to the owners and was told that the owners knew way before my visit. The owner should have let me know as he knew the purpose of my stay.I asked several time for a partial refund because the amenities that I builty my entire expensive trip around were not available to me. But he never responded.I stay in many VRBOs and have never had such terrible attitudes, service, misrepresentation, and a complete lack of communication.
