Having an on site washer and dryer with our two kids was very convenient. The staff are all excellent. Our host David was very professional and promptly responded to and facilitated our requests. The one drawback of the suite is that it does not have daily housekeeping like the rest of the hotel. David however scheduled a “refresh” for us when we asked.
