The guy next door was screaming at a woman for hiding his drugs. The neighborhood is sketchy at best so becareful careful walking around after dark. Most of the parking is on the street and cost about 32 for 8 hours. It does the job perfectly, very well located with the free trolley and bus in front of the building entrance as well as supermarkets, restaurants for breakfast and dinner, a stone's throw from Ocean Drive. It's really a good address. On the other hand, there is no interesting view or swimming pool. Other than that, there is everything you need. On the same floor you have a garbage disposal and a laundry room with washing machines and dryers.
