Getting Around: There is a train station about a mile away, it's best to get here by private/ rental car or taxi. 15 Minutes by car from Brickell Other Things to Note: Parking for one vehicle is available for $10/night - please let us know if you will be parking a vehicle Please note that extra guests (up to the maximum allowable occupancy limits) added after the booking will incur a $10 + tax/ night/ extra guest fee. C’est quand même assez pénible de recevoir le jour du départ : » Please let me know if you did not have a 5 star experience prior to writing your review as your feedback is extremely important¨ » alors qu’il y a eu un problème important . Cela peut paraitre dingue mais ce magnifique logement , partageant les parties communes avec un hôtel haut de gamme , avait un signal de 1 ou de 2 sur 5 pour capter INTERNET. Il nous était impossible de regarder un film le soir ,et ne pouvoir télécharger une pièce jointe d’un email . La 1ere solution du loueur était d’aller sur le balcon pour « capter » le wifi ou d’aller au rez de chaussé dans le lobby (intéressant !!). En insistant , j’ai eu la réponse suivante (hallucinante ) : « On a different note, I confirm the front desk staff does not believe there is a problem with the internet because Wifi is often very slow in many hotels and other commercial venues in the USA. I know it is hard to believe since we have so many tech companies here, I can assure you it is very frustrating for everyone.” En gros , aux USA , c’est incroyable mais internet fonctionne très mal , selon lui (MDR !! LOL! ). N'étant pas satisfait de la réponse ,j'ai voulu insister mais le loueur m’a proposé de quitter le logement si je n’étais pas content et qu’il me rembourserait . Il n’y a pas plus stressant durant un séjour à l’étranger de recevoir ce type de proposition : J'ai conservé le logement et me suis passé d'internet durant 1 semaine (difficile quand on a du travail durant 1 semaine ! on s'adapte ). Voilà en gros ce qui justifie mes 3 étoiles car pour le reste je n’ai pas eu à ma plaindre : - vue magnifique -literie confortable -parking dans l’immeuble -beau studio -quartier de coconut grove très sympa et reposant . Il manquait une cafetière normale (je n'utilise pas de capsules) et l'ai reçu 2 jours après , ce qui était appréciable . La kitchenette était petite mais correcte ; je voulais d'une passoire mais le loueur m'a dit que la kitchenette était principalement utilisée pour le breakfast (pourquoi avoir mis 3 casseroles et 1 poelle ? ) . J'ai demandé si il y avait des sacs poubelles (que j'avais l'intention d'acheter ) , il m'en a donné 2 mais m'a dit :"You might surprise you to hear that many rentals in Miami don’t even give you toilet paper!" , Merci alors ! Je suis généralement bien veillant et laisse toujours 5 étoiles ou m'abstiens quand ça ne les vaut pas , mais je ne supporte pas la mauvaise foi . ##### FRANCK G. The condo couldn't be in a better location to enjoy downtown Coconut Grove. The condo was very clean as was the entire complex. The pool and fitness center were high quality. Only downside is that the hotel lounge and restaurant are closed now for renovation, so there was no place to congregate with friends for a drink and conversation Pool area does not allow outside food or drinks nor any alcohol. We enjoyed eating our breakfast outside and the location was wonderful. Lots of walking trails around the harbor and plenty of restaurants, shopping, and coffee shops to walk to as well. What an excellent view from this beautiful studio. The bedroom was comfy comfy too. It also had a modified pull out sofa for my teenage daughter. She was also very comfortable as they had additional thoughtful items like a thick mattress pad. You can't beat the view and the hosts were very easy to get in touch with and accommodating. We decided to switch from Marriott Courtyard in Coral Gables to this apartment 20 floors high overlooking Biscayne Bay and one of its sailboat filled natural harbors. It was a nice change. Coconut Grove (totally walkable) has a bunch of good places to eat - breakfast, lunch and dinner. Just spending time at the pool was a great way to relax. We'll stay here again. ##### William H.
