The apartment was super clean and had everything we needed, including beach chairs, toys and an umbrella which was a nice surprise. The pool was fantastic, the kids had a ball. The pool had a large shallow area which was good for the kids who can't swim yet. Lucy, the host, was extremely responsive whenever we had a question. Her clear checkin directions made it super easy for us to navigate checkin, even as we arrived later in the evening. Watching the sunrise from the balcony was another special unexpected surprise. This one didn’t disappoint! The check in and out process is in need of fixing, but outside of that we were so glad we picked the tides for our get away. ##### Clay F. The location was great, the condo was well stocked with everything that was needed. The place was clean and the decor was nice. There was an issue getting the living room tv set up and the bedroom TV never worked but other than that it was a great trip and plan to return and hope to rent this location again. ##### shonda s. The pools are beautiful, and property is very well taken care of. So nice to sit on the balcony and look at the ocean and palm trees. Her instructions are very clear on what to do, although because we arrived after 5pm our check in process was a bit different since the office was closed. She is well stocked with absolutely anything you might need which was wonderful for us since we flew and had very little with us. The weather was perfect, and the location right on the beach was perfect. Cleanliness is my number one priority, and this place was spotless! ##### Deidre S.
