When I got to my room, there were no towels, no iron to iron my clothes, but there was an ironing board. My key card didn’t work. I had to keep going back downstairs to the front desk to get the key reprogrammed. Finally, on the morning I was going to check out, the morning front desk clerk gave me a new key card because she realized that she remembered me having a problem with it the day before. The other clerk just kept reprogramming the old card, not realizing that there must be something wrong with it. The bed was the best part of my two day stay.

Parking was fine… got to room and checked in at 4.. was told by guest before us to check the room really good… got a room on first floor, looked over everything and seemed fine, left for dinner and to see how to get to port, got back to room after dark…. Roaches were out and active… NOPE… luckily found a room on 4th floor that was clean clean… but never again… staff was really good about getting us a room after I viewed it, but roaches is a NO GO for me

The pictures seen on the website does not match what was actually seen in person. Only 1 working elevator, stairwell wasn’t labeled at all. No evacuation route was posted in the room. There were too many stains on the floor and walls as well as beds to mention. A/C unit was being braced on the floor by a piece of wood. The TV antenna was attached to the blinds. You could hear people walking down the halls at all hours. Questionable maintenance all around. I did not feel safe in that room

Positive - Heat/Air works , Internet/TV , Hot/cold works. Negatives - Staff was absolutely horrible and not helpful at all. I saw 2 roaches crawl from the hallway to my room, the housekeeping may be the worst I’ve ever experienced. You don’t get clean towels or rags unless you ask front desk and you still may have to wait hours. I’ve paid for a deluxe patio and jacuzzi; the jacuzzi didn’t have a stopper so I couldnt use it. The patio was dirty and the building is falling apart not to mention they have photos of a pool and it’s yellow taped off. So I paid for all the amenities that I never experienced and didn’t know it was unavailable until we got there it was pure false advertisement.

the property and rooms need maintenance. bathroom sink needs replacement in room 418 it is sagging due to improper mounting. Tiles and amenities are old. For 1 night it was OK but not for that price. Pool had a little trash floating around and the outdoor furniture was old and partially damaged. looking out the window not really a pretty sight. All it needs a little maintenance PLANTS, and some cleanup

Very rude stuff, bathroom was awful. No shower curtain. We have three adults they just have two towels and I ask for more and they said they didn’t have it!!! really bad experience. I don’t recommend also the places on remodeling dust dirty everywhere. Don’t worth it!!!
