Center to everything, walking distance to amazing restaurants/bars. Scooter, Uber or Bus it anywhere all from downstairs. Whole Foods down the street to stock up if staying for a while. Washer and Dryer in unit. Views were spectacular. Honestly the only complaint I have is the bed frame sticks out about a 6-12 inches past the mattress and it's very low to the ground so I kept banging my ankles against it. It was just my husband and myself so the condo was the perfect size. Loved watching the boats go down the river and back. So relaxing. The balcony was my favorite. ##### Steven T.
