Center to everything, walking distance to amazing restaurants/bars. Scooter, Uber or Bus it anywhere all from downstairs. Whole Foods down the street to stock up if staying for a while. Washer and Dryer in unit. Views were spectacular. Honestly the only complaint I have is the bed frame sticks out about a 6-12 inches past the mattress and it's very low to the ground so I kept banging my ankles against it.
