Beautiful location and one of the best views you can ask for!
My stay was amazing. The check in process was easy and the host went above and beyond to make sure I was accommodated. I highly recommend this place for friends and family.
The Host was super quick and attentive to answer all of our questions before and after making our reservations!
The condo was beautiful and provided everything you could have needed. Amazing views and great location.
Parking was a little chaotic but we quickly learned that was everywhere in the city!
Overall we had an amazing experience and would highly recommend this rental!
This property was amazing. I am very big on customer service, and when I tell you the host answer every question I had from the time I sent the reservation until the time I checked in checking in was very very helpful. The agent went over everything with me to make sure that I understand completely, and she made it very easy for me and my son, the property was very beautiful. It was peaceful and had such an amazing view. I will definitely be booking this property again in the future.

the girl very kind and helpful good job but the housekeeping is a real disaster the apartment met in not good hygienic conditions and i had to buy it myself and waste more than 5 hours to clean everything in child mode as i went with my daughter everything perfect except the cleaning from horror
The stay was enjoyable. We were pleasantly surprised to see that the apartment was recently renovated. The amenities in the Icon Brickell / W building are amazing - gym, pool, spa, etc. The apartment is also in a great location; the heart of Brickell is within walking distance.
Our main feedback is is that guests should not have to pay an extra $ fee to check in late. There should be an easier way to access an apartment than paying a property manager to wait for you in the lobby late at night (especially when you only need a code to unlock the apartment door).
Would recommend the apartment to anyone trying to stay in Miami!

False Advertising
Property was disgusting - barely cleaned prior to last guest. Found dirty q-tip in closet and pubic hair in the toilet. We asked host to clean room again upon check-in, and even after that the room still felt dirty. The white couch was basically black. The listing says 2 bedroom which is false, and pictures are of the unit maybe from 10 years ago. Upon check-in host makes you sign new contract that is inconsistent with what is advertised in the VRBO listing. Host tries to scam you with bunch of cash ad ons upon check-in. For example they want 35 per day for parking which they claim is on-site and has in/out privileges. We found out this is false. Beware of this very dishonest company.
We were only in for a day & a half, our family was set to leave out on a cruise & wanted to experience a beautiful location with views. This residence worked out just fine. I was real appreciative that the host offers late check in ($40 cash fee due at check in) Unfortunately our flight arrived after 1am. There were two things I would like to comment on, that the living room sofa is not an actual sofa bed as expected & it’s peeling. Also parking is a challenge but that’s to be expected, I would definitely recommend getting the parking pass $35 a night. If you like to come & go & with no worries about the valet fees stacking up. The garage is about 10 min Walk I just had my husband drop myself & kids off & he’d have to park & walk back. Other than this the property worked out for us. Would definitely reserve again.
