My stay at the Kimpton Epic Hotel was nothing short of exceptional. From the friendly and welcoming front desk staff to the diligent housekeeper who kept my room immaculate, every aspect of my visit was impressive. The breakfast service, although relocated, was delicious and expertly managed by the apologetic staff. The crowning glory of my birthday trip was dinner at Zuma, and I felt grateful to have chosen the Kimpton Epic Hotel for my celebration.

I had a great stay! The room was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. The location was convenient and made it easy to get around. Breakfast had a good variety and everything was fresh. Overall, the hotel was quiet,and relaxing. I would definitely stay here again.

The hotel was 10/10 and the staff were absolutely amazing. I think this hotel may have given my pet the best welcome a hotel could give a dog. I almost got jealous, but of course the happy hour made up for it. Great hospitality, Kimpton!
