🚗 Parking Information

We may provide a parking pass for $25 per day, subject to availability.

* Parking pass required: evenings, nights, and weekends
⚠️ Important: For stays longer than 3 days, Miami Beach requires you to renew residential parking passes every 3 days. It is the guest’s responsibility to request each renewal. Parking is only confirmed once you receive a confirmation screenshot.

Instant booking is available, and our rates are updated daily based on season and length of stay. A security deposit of $500 will be pre-authorized on your credit card on the day of check-in. This is a temporary hold and will be released following a successful inspection of the unit after checkout. Feel free to contact us with any questions—we’re always happy to help!
1. There are families living in the building. We hope you understand that noise is a concern for them, especially after 11 pm.
2. Please keep in mind that if there is any noise/smoke reported, your booking will be canceled without a refund. This also applies if there are more people coming than expected.
3. If you reserved a parking pass, please send us the plate license number on the day of your arrival.
4. We can provide early check-in before 3 pm or late check-out after 11 am upon availability. An extra fee of $20 per hour will be applied for the extra time of stay.
5. No wet swimming suit, tanning lotion, or makeup on the sofa or bed. Do not wipe makeup with the towels we provide. We will bill for permanently stained towels and sheets.
6. We love and welcome animals. However, you must disclose that you are bringing a pet in advance and pay a $100 additional fee.
7. For any issue or complaint, we will try to resolve them within 24 hours. We do not issue refunds.
