Located in Icon Brickell, the same building as the W Brickell Hotel, guests enjoy access to resort-style amenities including a large pool and on-site dining. The sleek kitchen features premium Wolf and Sub-Zero appliances. Situated in the heart of Brickell, just steps from top restaurants, shops, and nightlife an ideal choice for a modern, upscale stay. \*The balconies will be closed due to the HOA façade renovation project\* \*Temporary Closure & Noise Notice\* Due to scheduled building repairs, the pool and pool deck area are currently open only on Saturdays and Sundays. This schedule is determined and managed by the HOA and may change at any time without prior notice. We do not have control over these updates. All other amenities, including the spa and gym, remain open and operate seven days a week during their regular hours. THE UNIT Located in the heart of Brickell, this beautiful apartment is perfect for families, couples, and business travelers alike. With dedicated internet and generous space, it’s also ideal for remote work. The kitchen is fully stocked with cookware, dishes, glasses, cutlery, paper towels, dishwasher soap, and more. You’ll also find convenient appliances like a coffee maker and toaster. ID VERIFICATION Building management requires all adult guests to be registered at check-in. Please be prepared to present a valid ID to the check-in staff upon arrival. ESSENTIALS PROVIDED Our unit comes with all basic essentials as listed on the platform. In addition, we provide enhanced starter supplies such as toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, hand soap, a limited number of laundry and dishwasher pods, and dedicated internet service. Please note that these supplies are one-time complimentary items. For additional needs, convenience stores are located within walking distance. OPTIONAL SERVICES To make your stay even more comfortable, we offer optional services through our trusted partners. If you arrive outside these hours, you will need to wait until the next day to get access. PARKING: Valet parking is available at $50 per day with no in/out privileges. Nestled in the heart of Miami, the Icon Brickell offers easy access to the city's bustling nightlife, exquisite dining, and high-end shopping. Yet, despite its central location, the property offers a tranquil retreat from the city's hustle and bustle, with stunning views of the Miami skyline and the serene waters of the Biscayne Bay. The apartment itself is a masterpiece of modern design. Spacious, immaculately clean, and tastefully decorated, it offers all the comforts of home with the luxury of a high-end hotel. The floor-to-ceiling windows flood the space with natural light and offer breathtaking views that are a joy to wake up to. The amenities at the Icon Brickell are second to none.
