Shout to Pablo for making are trip so much easier when we arrived to the Tides. Pablo helped us with the parking information, paying for the parking and Fobs(keys). He also showed us everything in condo and also where everything was at within the complex. The pool area, beach area, laundry room and weight room were all clean and very well maintained. Security was also very nice and we like how they did enforce the 30 mins rule for people who thought they could go down to pool and throw down a towel and then go beach to the all day and think they could get there chairs back. It was also nice that you did not need to get there at 700am to reserve a chair. Also the Cafe in the 3801 bldg had great food and it was nice they delivered to the pool or room. The beds were super comfortable, and the condo was very clean. The pool and beach were great, as was the location. Being on the 2nd floor meant quick trips up and down via the stairs. On the beach and very important private exits on the beach.very nice and clean people are cleaning constantly.even after rain they keep mopping entrances from the beach and pool side. I read some reviews that’s not i favor of this place but i think that those people are not understanding that this is not Hotel and they are excepting hotel services.
