You're surrounded by the most high end shopping destinations the City has to offer: The Miami Worldcenter, The American Airlines Arena and the Perez Art Museum are all in this walkable area. It's also just a few minutes away from Miami Beach and all of the glamorous shopping and nightlife Miami has to offer. The MarinaBlue at 888 Biscayne is known as a staple of Miami's downtown skyline, because of its stunning water views, and its vicinity to all the iconic Miami landmarks. It's also a 5 minute walk from the modern bright light train station that can connect you to the rest of the city, on top of being a very short drive away from Miami International Airport. The skyscraper is a full service building with stellar amenities which include: sunrise and sunset infinity pools, 2 hot tubs, 24-hour security and concierge, valet parking, business center, fitness center, club room, golf putting green and the extraordinary SkyBeach. This 1 bed 1.5 bath apartment is just shy of 900 sqft and has an ample balcony with access from the owner's Bedroom and Living-room. It offers soaring water views that look over the Atlantic ocean and the world renowned Venetian Islands.This space was furnished by a notable New York City interior designer and has a full set of modern appliances to satisfy all of your needs (there's also an inflatable queen mattress in the closet for your use if needed). This unit is a luxury living space that has been made with the intention to make your visit relax and joyful. The apartment is only available for a one month short term rental starting from December 15th.
