Direct Ocean Front Property

  • Right on Miami Beach - Phenomenal views and access to all of Miami including spa, gift shop, concierge, and 24/7 front desk checkin . Direct beach access with beach umbrella and chairs available at additional cost .South Beach/ Lincoln Street is just a short cab drive away. Completely newly furnished condo with very comfortable beds and stylish furnishings . Balcony included to enjoy views and atmosphere of ocean . The balcony access is available and the place has views of the ocean . THE UPPER DECK POOL is ready and available for guest use. Guests now have access to two pools. The upper deck and the lower pool.
    PARKING IS ONLY VALET - 35 dollars per day for week days ,40 for weekends and 175 weekly charge.Oversized vehicles charged $50 weekends and $45 weekends.BEACH SERVICE IS INDEPENDENT - guests need to pay 30 dollars for two chairs and one umbrella per day .
    A pack and play is available at $30 but is subject to availability.The gym is available to guests the renovations are complete.
