Thank yall so mych..traveling with family in my bday and this place was a much needed stop..comfy and clean..but the staff.. they are incredibly wonderful..so helpful and kind..Renee the housekeeper keeps the place so clean.. the gentleman who groundskerps does so great and the front desk staff are so very helpful and kind.. thank you all so much

The staff was very friendly and you can tell the property has tried very hard to make it an inviting spot. The room was clean and totally adequate as well. My only complaint is that the people staying there were a bit on the seedy side and I didn't feel the most safe.

The place is very dirty, the staff is not friendly, except one lady working in the breakfast area is going out of her way to please everyone. This morning, my husband and I couldn't shower to go to the airport because they didn't have running water. I am very upset. The worse experience ever. David at the reception tried to blame the city, he also said it's the whole neighborhood which is a lie, I personally checked with the hotel across the street. When I said that I wanted a reimbursement at least for that day, he told me that he couldn't help because I booked through a third-party. Hope to hear from expedia for this inconvenience.

First night staff was very rude nonchalant and disrespectful when I was telling her about the room tv wasn’t working and both staff told me I would be working by 730 and 9 am the next morning since we came in so late Friday night we didn’t care for the tv at the time. The next morning it still wasn’t working and we asked the staff do the morning shift and she was rude and said she couldn’t give us another room and they never came to look at it or fix the tv. The supervisor came out and spoke with us within 5 mins she had us in another room and was very polite and professional with the conversation she gave us. She even went to the new room she relocated us at and made sure the tv was working and we all the amenities we need for our stay. If it wasn’t for her I don’t think our stay would’ve lasted the next day at all. As for staying here, I would look elsewhere before coming back here.
