Luxury Condo with Wraparound Balcony. Great Location! WE MANAGE THE BEACH ™ - Modern unit corner unit located on ocean! Huge wraparound terrace that offers amazing ocean & city view. Floor to ceiling windows in living room & master bedroom offers amazing sunlight & open feel. Split floor plan with spacious layout & modern decor. Self parking space on the 5th floor - $10 covers your entire stay. Kitchen is fully equipped with all utensils, glassware, pots & pans. Condo also offers towels & linens. THE SPACE: The condo is located in an ocean front building that provides top notch services & amenities. Including the following: valet parking, fitness center, private pool, kids room, club room, & beach service that includes chairs, towels, & umbrellas. La Perla is a newer built building with a great location in the city and also in relationship to things to do around Miami/Fort Lauderdale area. GUEST ACCESS: Self parking space on the 5th floor, fitness center, private pool, kids room, club room, & beach service that includes chairs, towels, & umbrellas. NEIGHBORHOOD: Everything you need is within walking distance if you don't want to drive. Shopping, restaurants, and grocery stores are all around. Centrally located to all major highways. The Aventura Mall and Bal Harbour shops are quick 5 minute drives. South Beach and Fort Lauderdale are both about 25-30 minute drives. Miami International Airport (MIA) and the Fort Lauderdale Airport (FLL) airports are both about 30-35 minutes away. ADDITIONAL FEES PAID OUTSIDE OF VRBO: APPLICATION FEES: All guests over the age of 18 must go through a building application / screening process. Each guest will consent to a background check and pay $100/adult or $100/married couple. These fees are paid by the guest after booking directly to Tenant Evaluation. SELF PARKING DECAL ONE TIME FEE: This particular unit has a self parking space on the 5th floor. Space number 512\. Guests register at the office at arrival and purchase a ONE TIME parking decal for $10 which enables you to access the garage and park for your entire stay. This ONE TIME fee is paid by you to La Perla directly & only one car is permitted. If you have additional cars you can either rent a space or buy parking passes from the building directly. GUEST ID'S / BEACH SERVICE / POOL ACCESS ONE TIME FEE - Guests will register with the office at arrival and receive guest ID's. This ONE FEE is $25/adult and is paid at check in directly to La Perla's office. Your guest ID provides you access to the building, elevators, pool, and also beach services. TOWEL CARDS - There are a maximum of 4 towel cards per unit and 1 bedroom units only have 2 towel cards. If lost, the cost to replace is $75\. Please leave all of them in the unit when you depart or we will need to charge for each car missing. We are not a hotel. We provide basic supplies (1 toilet paper roll per bathroom, 1 paper towel roll for the kitchen, and small starter soap/shampoo for the bathrooms). Any cleaning supplies, laundry detergent, soap etc that is left over from other guest will remain but we do not stock these things for our guests. Please plan accordingly for your stay. LA PERLA CONSTRUCTION - PLEASE READ La Perla is currently working on the exterior renovation of balconies and stucco. Also they will be painting the building during this process. Intermittent noise will occur during working hours Monday to Friday - 8:30 to 4:30pm. The pool will be closed from June to December. Don't worry...full balcony access on this unit during your travel dates. All Tenant Evaluation fees are non-refundable in the event you cancel your reservation.
