And the unrivaled amenities and aesthetics afforded by more than $20 million in renovations. Stroll the beach and then swim laps in the secluded heated pool, taking in the exotic landscaping and spectacular views of the ocean. Or head for the state-of-the-art fitness center. Enjoy movies in the top of the art movie theater or relax in the sophisticated social and pool room. Close to the exciting Hollywood Beach boardwalk where you will find many outdoor cafes, restaurants and shops. There is live entertainment at the bandstand on the boardwalk on weekends. Just a 15 minute drive to South Beach or 10 minutes to Ft. Lauderdale, 15 minutes to the Aventura Mall and 40 minutes to Sawgrass Mills. Beautiful location and amazing views of the ocean ( even on the rainy day). We appreciated the ample parking provided on the property in such busy city. Check in was a breeze once you read all the instructions that are sent beforehand. Kitchen was well equipped and it was important to us as we enjoy cooking and eating in even on vacation. The owner was very responsive to our questions and was a pleasure to communicate with. Cafe on the first floor was also a nice touch for a pretty good meal and drinks. Highly recommend this rental. This unit is one of the best ever. The apartment is well furnished and maintained, and the view is spectacular. Communication with the owner was excellant. The place was spacious and exactly like it stated. The check in process and time frame is kind of a pain but otherwise enjoyed our stay. Plenty of beach supplies in the closet and the host was helpful with tips. Beautiful view and everything was clean.
