The Space: This home features four well-appointed bedrooms. Two bedrooms are furnished with queen-size beds, while one of the four offers a queen-size bunk bed, and another contains twin bunk beds with an additional roll-out bunk option. The living room includes a full-size sofa bed for added flexibility. The property also boasts two fully remodeled, modern bathrooms.
The kitchen is fully equipped to meet all your culinary needs, and a dedicated coffee bar is available, offering both drip coffee and an espresso machine for your convenience.

Other Things to Note: Guests are responsible for placing trash and recycling bins out the night before scheduled pickups. Trash and recycling collection takes place on Mondays and Thursdays. A $100 trash removal fee will be assessed if housekeeping services are needed for waste disposal.

Was Hoping for more space in the overall house, somehow the photos do not do justice, making the place look larger. Good location for grocery shopping and food. Basic amenities should have been taken care of on Day 1 itself, as already highlighted to the Owner
The property was very nice and clean. We were excited to see how well the kitchen was set up with cooking utensils - we have stayed many places and it is not often the rentals have decent pots and pans! If you are coming to visit the Everglades and Biscayne the property is about 15 - 20 minutes from both and they are easy to get to. It was a little noisy outside as it is next to a busy intersection- we didn't expect it to be super quiet since it is in a very developed area and it didn’t bother us. I did make a mistake and forgot to add our entire family count to the reservation and we were short on towels. The communication was answered quickly; however we didn't get the additional towels and made due. The only issue was the shower in the shared bath drained very slowly. We alerted the property manager but it wasn't fixed during our stay.
