Welcome to a BRAND NEW LUXURY Condo in front of Hollywood Beach a few minutes drive to Aventura Mall and Sunny Isles Beach. With a stunning view, this two-bedrooms ocean and bay view unit features a full kitchen, 2 full bathrooms , balcony, washer & dryer. Amenities include two infinity-edge ocean & bay view pools, sundeck, private cabanas, fitness center, hot tub and beach service. High Floor.  
  
Resort fee will be charged at the check-in time at the property and it is not included.

Property amazing with best view. It needs a bit of refreshing painting… Some furniture are chipped and need some repair. The worst is the elevator, count 15-30 minutes unless you can take the stairs. But globally, considering the price it was really worth it, we were 5 people.

#### Beware listing is a bit deceitful 

Floors were filthy dirty our feet were black if we didn’t wear our shoes. Needs repainted throughout lived in hard. Laundry machine did not work and asked them to fix it many times but never was fixed. Elevators are a nightmare! Be prepared to wait a very long time. 40 floors with only 3 working elevators. Positive thing is great views!! Not many restaurants around have to Uber a couple miles for good ones.

Fantastic ocean and intercoastal views! Balcony is nice sized and fairly private. Apartment was clean and has enough supplies for basic cooking. Check in was easy and convenient. Will definitely keep in mind for future visits.

#### Beachside Bliss and Pristine Views and Convenient Location

This apartment was fantastic, offering spacious interiors complemented by an exceptional view of the beach and river. The wrap-around balcony was a delightful addition, perfect for enjoying both sunrise and sunset. Showering was a pleasure, thanks to perfect water pressure and ample heat. The building's amenities added great value to our stay. While the beach is a brief 5-minute walk across the street, having a 7Eleven right at the bottom of the building made grabbing snacks and drinks super convenient. For more substantial shopping needs, Walmart is just a 10-minute walk away. A small tip for future guests: apart from salt, pepper, and a day's supply of coffee, the pantry is bare, so plan to purchase additional supplies, including garbage bags. This was a departure from my usual VRBO experiences, where more essentials are typically provided.

Beautiful property for family stay. The wrap around balcony with the view of the beach and harbor is stunning. The we loved the location, right across from the beach. Wish there were apartment condiments to cook like basic salt pepper and oils. If you have a car there is valet parking that cost a extra $35 a day. Other than that the stay was spectacular for our family of 5\. Highly recommend

Really enjoyed the rental, view and location. Patio was enjoyable, pools nice and the condo had plenty of family room. Two minor items, sofa bed is pieced together and wish they left a couple extra kitchen garbage bags for our 5 days. Wasn't enough to take a rating star away. Would rent it again.

#### A beautiful property

We had a very enjoyable trip. The unit had spectacular views and we had more than enough space for the four of us. Kitchen appliances and master bath were top notch. We thought being across the street from the beach would be a little bit of a pain but it wasn’t at all. We had chairs at the beach and pool every time we went. The front desk staff was delightful. We would stay there again.

It was a nice place to stay for a week. The views were wonderful and the weather nice. Great location by the beach and nice pool areas. However, we have rented numerous condos and homes from VRBO in the past and always had kitchen supplies ready for our stay. This kitchen had very sparse supplies so that we had to go purchase dishwashing soap, paper towels, TP, garbage liners, and other normal essentials. There were very few serving dishes which was too bad since we did a lot of cooking.

It would be helpful to understand the function of the on site manager and the VRBO owner in terms of who to reach out to when there is a question or need. On-site staff is understaffed. Not owners responsibility. Elevators were over taxed and took a long time to get one. Lovely view and very nice place. Great gym.

Was billed for broken table on the porch that was that way when we arrived. I am a Vrbo owner as well and when I tried to reach management they just said they would call me about it later. Still fighting for my deposit. Will not stay here again.

#### Great Place but bad information given on location

This place is absolutely fantastic. However, a few problems. First one was a big one. I asked if this property was on or near the Broadwalk at Hollywood Beach. The reply was "it was right behind the property." In actuality it was one mile from the Broadwalk. It took the second day to get more than 3 bath towels, and any wash cloths and dish cloths, but once that was accomplished, you can say nothing bad about the place. Easy access to the beach (but not the Broadwalk) and good amenities nearby. In spite of not being where we wanted and thought we would be, I can recommend this place highly. Frank

A very nice apartment, with a unique and excellent view. Very nice apartment, in excellent conditions. Comfortable building facilities, except for the low efficiency of elevators. Long waits for elevators. Excellent location
