Next to Underline Park and easy highway access. Modern 2bed, 2bath and den with a pullout sofabed, fully equipped kitchen, dual balconies with city views, and luxurious furnishings. This condo is perfect for short-term or long-term stays, blending city convenience with Florida's allure. The space BEDROOMS: \-Master Bedroom features 1 queen bed with ensuite bathroom \-2nd Bedroom features 1 queen bed \-The balcony is connected to both bedrooms KITCHEN: \-Fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, dining table, keurig coffee machine and microwave oven. LIVING SPACE: \-The living area features a tv and laundry closet with washer/dryer. \-There is a balcony off the living room. DEN: \-The den features a queen sofabed POOL: \-The pool is located on the 8th floor and features sun loungers to relax GYM/SPA: \-The gym is limited but features enough strength and cardio equipment to get in a good workout. \-The spa features treatment rooms for massages (bookable through the onsite spa Elysium) and a sauna.
