The apartment is located in the heart of La Condesa, one of Mexico City’s most vibrant and stylish neighborhoods. Known for its tree-lined streets and Art Deco architecture, the area offers a perfect mix of culture, gastronomy, and nightlife.



Just steps away, you’ll find Parque México and Parque España, ideal for morning walks, jogging, or relaxing under the trees. The neighborhood is filled with trendy cafés, restaurants, and bars such as Lardo and Contramar, where you can enjoy some of the best local and international cuisine.



Getting Around:

We recommend using UBER for transportation.

The apartment does not have a safe for valuables.

Please note that this apartment is part of a multi-unit complex. The apartment you will be staying in may differ slightly from the photos, but it will have a similar layout and the same amenities.

Some apartments have a balcony or terrace, depending on the allocation.

-Trash Room Notice:

The trash room is located at the end of the lobby hallway. Please use this space to dispose of your trash and avoid leaving garbage in other areas of the building.



-Laundry Room:

The laundry room is located up the stairs from the 7th floor. It is available daily from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM.

Liquid detergent is available at the front desk; please pick it up before using the laundry facilities.

Please note that the laundry room will be locked after 8:00 PM and will reopen the following day at 8:00 AM.
