    This loft is located in the center of Mexico City's, Anzures. Anzures is known as an oasis in the bustle of the city, Anzures is a refined residential neighborhood with a relaxed atmosphere. This neighborhood you can find good art, gastronomy and fashion living together in a discreet current environment.



    The Space:

    New building located in the best area of Mexico City, minutes away from lovely restaurants and exclusive stores.



    Please note this apartment is part of a complex with multi-units. The apartment you stay in may differ slightly from the pictures you see but will have a similar layout and the same amenities.



    Guest Access:

    Building has 24/7 security and offers check-in.



    Getting Around:

    We recommend using UBER for transportation.

Stay in Anzures

We’re familiar with the location and couldn’t be happier with the stay. The rental had everything you needed. Anzures is sorta of centered the areas you wanted to be in; walkable and quiet. Would stay again.

Uncomfortable sleeping experience

Room was much smaller than advertised. There was no ventilation other than opening the door to the balcony and the wind caused it to open and close loudly. The one window only opens slightly. It was very hot due to poor ventilation so we lost a lot of sleep. There was no key to lock the balcony door, a security risk.

The location was good and the room adequate. That is all of the positives. The elevator in the building didn't work for 3 days and our room was on the sixth floor. We followed up several times as to when it would be fixed and was never given an answer. After a lot of back and forth (1h 45m with their Whatsapp Customer Service person - until midnight), we were eventually offered a new room at another location, which we appreciated. I advised we would need to be in the room by midday due to existing commitments, and would like assistance relocating to the new location (ignored, so we paid to move ourselves). Despite assurances that getting our room ready would be prioritized, we had to wait until AFTER the normal 3pm check in time to access the new accommodation, even though we had to vacate the old room for cleaning that morning. We spent the day uncertain whether we actually had a room to stay in or not because no one could tell us a time when it would be ready, and no one was proactively keeping us updated. Eventually we got into the new room. It was very nice and well-appointed. Everything went okay for our remaining days, however when checking out we were told they don't hold luggage for people once they aren't guests, so we had to move our luggage to our new hotel earlier than originally planned. The whole experience with Wynwood soured our stay in Mexico City. As compensation for our troubles they offered 10% off our next stay. No thanks, never again.
