The kitchen is fully equipped, with stove, refrigerator and microwave, air conditioning, a shared washer and dryer, and Wi-Fi. Downstairs there is a doorman.



The Space:

The apartment has one bathroom.



In the bedroom: fresh bed linens, extra pillows and blankets, hangers, and iron.



In the kitchen: stove, refrigerator, microwave, blender, kettle, coffee maker, cookware and tableware. There is a shared washer and dryer. For working there is a workspace and desk.



The bathroom comes with towels, hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, shower gel and hot water. There is air conditioning in every room.



Guest Access:

The apartment door opens with a code we send you before you arrive, so there are no keys to pick up.

In order to access the building it is necessary to register with the following information:

- Names of each guest

- ID number of each guest (Passport#, Drivers License#, etc.)

- Estimated time of arrival

Note:

Although the apartment is located in a safe and generally quiet area, due to high demand and the constant flow of residents and visitors, you may occasionally notice the gentle buzz of urban life and some activity within the building.



We inform you that work will be carried out on the building's roof between 9:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m., which may cause intermittent noise throughout the day. We appreciate your understanding.



There is construction work going on in the adjacent building, with possible intermittent noise during working hours.
