Getting Around: The property is approximately 10 km to/from the Aeropuerto Internacional Benito Juarez (MEX). It felt self, was clean, and the apartment was as pictured. Although the host responded timely to all inquiries, the check-in process was not easy. We were told we would receive information to access the apartment a few hours before check-in. We arrived at the building late in the evening and showed our IDs to security as instructed, but we still had not received information about the apartment number or access code (which the security guard did not have either). Great lay out. Everything worked. Place was clean. The people who opened the gate for us each time were so kind and patient. The only very small bit of constructive feedback would be for first time entry for those of us with weaker Spanish speaking skills. It took us some time to communicate with the young woman at the gate so she could let us in. We showed our confirmation. We tried to explain the situation. It really only took about 10 minutes to gain entry, but when you’ve been traveling and are new to a country it can be stressful.
