I highly recommend staying at Maria Condesa boutique Hotel. This hotel is situated in a friendly neighborhood that has shops and cafe's and parks. The staff went over and above to make our 25th wedding anniversary special at their roof top restaurant. The chief was wonderful and the food was excellent. Try the salmon its yummo. The rooms were clean and comfortable - like being in your own home. The staff was very helpful in letting us know what attractions and museums to visit. We will be returning to this hotel on our next trip to Mexico City. We had such a wonderful time and can't rave enough about this hotel.

The staff of the hotel is amazingly helpful, courteous, funny, and a pleasure to be around (especially, but not only, the breakfast chef). The breakfasts were delicious and made to request. The location of the hotel is also terrific, as the neighborhood has many spots for eating and drinking and is easy to get around.

Great stay and wonderful staff! We had a great experience staying here in Mexico City. The staff was incredibly kind, helpful, and accommodating throughout our stay. We unfortunately had an issue with the hot water for two days, but the team did everything they could to make things right and even provided us with a refund. We truly appreciated their effort, professionalism, and hospitality.

Amazing location! All the construction previously mentioned in reviews seemed to be completed, so the hotel was clean and noise free. The doors were a little thin so we’d hear people closing their doors, but other than that it was quiet. We did have building-wide hot water issues the first day, but they were able to fix it the next day and provided alternative options in the meantime. The location was amazing and we always felt safe and close to everything. Would definitely stay again!

Wonderful Stay at Hotel Condesa We had a fantastic stay at Hotel Condesa in Mexico City. The rooms were spotless and well-maintained throughout our visit, and we appreciated that the towels were changed daily — a small touch that made a big difference. The continental breakfast was a great way to start each day, and the hotel's location put us within walking distance of so many wonderful restaurants, making it easy to explore the local food scene. But what really made our stay special was the staff. Everyone we interacted with was incredibly friendly and went out of their way to be helpful, whether we needed restaurant recommendations, directions, or just had a quick question. Their warmth and hospitality really elevated the whole experience. The only minor downside was the distance to public transportation, but this was easily solved with Uber, which was both convenient and inexpensive to use throughout the city. Overall, we'd happily stay here again and would recommend it to anyone visiting Mexico City.

Best value for location and comfort! If you want bougie, stay in Polanco. If you value simple and clean with a cool vibe, stay here and in La Condesa. The bars downstairs were lively on Thursday and Friday during our stay. A bit of noise, but not too bad. It’s a vibrant city afterall. Hope to return soon!

Breakfast was fantastic with Pedro preparing whatever you asked for. The hotel is undergoing renovations currently. When they are done it will be worth a five star review. A bit noisy as it is right above a couple of bar restaurants. Perfect location.

Charming, clean, & well maintained. Highly recommend for a budget option! Great deal for the price. They are in the middle of renovations so there was a little dealing around that (some morning noise after 8:00 & we needed to carry bags up 1 floor but they helped). The upside: you’ll get a freshly renovated space with beautiful bathrooms. Cooked to order breakfast on rooftop terrace by friendly staff. (Still under renovation but fine with us - no issues.) Would happily stay here again. Great deal!

The room was clean, updated and comfortable. The staff were excellent! Breakfast was great every morning and staff personalized each meal to our liking. The hotel location was perfect. Very close to many restaurants, bars and coffee shops. The staff really makes María Condesa special. I will certainly stay there again without hesitation!
