Great hotel. Great service on room cleaning, towels, etc. decently quiet location but then again, Mexico is filled with noise and there’s always something going on and true quiet is impossible! But overall was a great stay. Would definitely stay again!

The hotel was very clean and welcoming. The breakfast area was clean and the food delicious. The staff was very helpful and answered all our questions. The front desk helped us get transportation. If you plan on staying here, please tip the staff, everyone does a great job!

Great breakfast service and all staff were super friendly from the concierge to the check in staff and kitchen staff—all went above and beyond. Concierge was super helpful and resourceful. Check in staff offered early check in for a small charge that allowed me to rest & enjoy breakfast upon my early flight arrival.

Room was very clean, we were a couple and was only one coffee cup and one bottle of water, when asked for a second first night no problem next day different front desk attendant told us “ I will give you this time but keep in mind that is one bottle per bed” Breakfast the best part, food hot very good assortment staff very attentive.
