The Neighborhood:

Beautiful, exclusive and secure. Probably the best part to get to know the pretty views and the joy of living in Mexico City. I personally believe that this area of ​​New Polanco is the most beautiful because it has more parks. It’s full of restaurants, shops, galleries, cafes, bars, etc. At few blocks of distance you'll find the Sumaya Museum, ideal for walking, and on the other side is Polanco where shops of the major brands are.



Getting Around:

It is an easy area to walk. For longer distances use Uber, Didi, Best or InDriver, they are very safe and cheap.



If you want to experience the metro, you will find the Río San Joaquín station in 10-minute walking.



Other Things to Note:

The property is located in a modern building designed for families and people looking for everything in one place. Nuevo Polanco is home to the Sumaya Museum and Plaza Carso, incredible access and great amenities await for you in this apartment. For long stays it is your best option.



**Once the reservation is made, the number of guests or nights cannot be reduced. As well as no date changes.



*In Mexico City, we do not use heaters or air conditioning. We recommend keeping an eye on the weather forecast and packing accordingly with clothing that best suits the climate :).



*Mexico City has experienced water cuts in the area. In the event of a possible water shortage, we will remain attentive at all times.



We provide one towel per person per stay, most of our apartments have washing and drying machines or are located close to a laundry.



⚠️ IMPORTANT NOTICE



Whenever the water heater is turned on, there will be a combustion smell inside the apartment. This is a characteristic of the property due to the architectural design and the ventilation of the area where the water heater is installed.



This smell is expected and does not indicate a gas leak or any safety issue. The water heater is in perfect working condition, has been inspected, and meets all applicable certifications. There is no risk of gas leaks or carbon monoxide.



We are sharing this notice with complete transparency so that all guests are aware of this characteristic of the apartment before booking and can avoid any inconvenience or surprises during their stay.



Interaction with Guests:

We love Mexico and we want you to fall in love too. Check in and check out are automatic, so we will share the instructions with you before your arrival.



You will also receive recommendations for places to visit during your stay in Mexico and we will be attentive to any requirement through the platform or text message. We will be attentive to anything our guests may need :). Our online availability hours are from 9am to 10 pm.



Security Deposit

For reservations made outside of Airbnb, Vrbo, or our website, we require a valid credit card to hold the security deposit. This hold is not a charge and is automatically released upon checkout, provided no damage or violations occur during the stay.
