Love love love this property. It was in the best area surrounded by shops, restaurants, people walking their dogs, a stunning park across the street. The property itself is very clean and peaceful. I loved everything about it and will 100% be back.
Loved this hotel. The floor to ceiling windows in the room and the huge patio were definitely put to use on a daily basis. Food was great and the view from the rooftop bar/ restaurant were great!
The Condesa DF feels like family !! The staff of so kind and the hotel is cool with an amazing cozy vibe !! Get a room with a big balcony !! It’s heaven !! The location cannot be beat !!

Beautiful property, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful (accommodating of all our asks and answering our questions, helping us call a restaurant to flag late arrival when our uber didn't turn up and providing recommendations) and a great location for walkable parks, cafés and restaurants. Highly recommend, we'll definitely be back for another stay or at least a drink on the rooftop!
The Condesa Hotel is within a quiet, tree-lined area of Mexico City with a very local Mexican, not touristy feel. Our terrace was lovely just outside our glass-walled bedroom!

The cost/quality ratio is off here. The hotel is in need of maintenance, the rooms are very stuffy and hot without any air circulation. The windows cannot be left open at night because of noise and bright streetlights. The mattresses are quite hard and the water provided in the room had a bad smell, requiring using the water in the minibar. The location is still excellent. Previous stays here were better, but it seems as though it has been neglected.
A great hotel in a perfect location. Rooms are small and bathrooms are smaller, but that’s not what you’re there for. You’re there for great hospitality in an outstanding location. The rooftop bar is the perfect spot for a nightcap, or the beginning of an evening out. We loved it and we’ll be back.
This is a lovely boutique hotel in a great walkable location in La Condesa. Breakfast was wonderful, with attentive and friendly servers. The bathroom was quite small, with terrible lighting. It was not as "luxe" as several other boutique hotels that we visited once we were there, but it served it's purpose for our visit quite well.
I love Condesa DF it’s in the heart of my favorite neighborhood La Condesa. The hotel sits on a landmark building that is simply beautiful . However, the rooms sure need a renewal of some of the furniture and carpets. They look and feel kind of overused. Overall a great place to stay in Mexico City.
Did not receive free beverage as guaranteed. Breakfast was always late and although there out water on every table, it was an extra charge. Bathroom as very run down and tub wedge was cracked. Despite these flaws staff were very kind and provided excellent service.
My husband and I stayed here the last two nights of our CDMX vacation. We always save the best for last. Unfortunately, we had a terrible experience. The first night, the hotel hosted a wedding party. We were unable to visit the rooftop bar and the party lasted the entire night. It was so loud that we were unable to sleep for most of the night. We considered moving to another hotel just to try to sleep. Before coming to the Condesa hotel, we stayed at a more boutique spot for half the price. The rooms and bathrooms there were cleaner, much larger, and had a very unique style. The Condesa hotel felt like a beach party hotel that had been neglected design-wise. I could have overlooked all of that, but the lack of sleep put me in a mood. At the very least, you should be able to sleep in the hotel you book.
I got carried away by the chain (Habita group) and paid an exhorbitant rate vs. what the hotel offers. Yes it is in a good location, but the rooms (most of them) are tiny. There is no bedside table on either side, the bathroom has absolutely no space except for a toothbrush. The closet is the same, just a space to hang clothes but no drawers. A table at the front with two chairs that serves as a nightstand, desk, area to put your toiletries, clothes and anything else that usually any other room would have, but not this one. The service was friendly, but not very fast. The food was just as simple, nothing spectacular. It was disappointing to pay this rate for this hotel, any other hotel in Polanco cost the same. After 5 days they had no more room (fortunately) because we found the Hotel Villa Condesa on the next block less than half the price and with much better room amenities and elegance. Definitely not value for money.
Honestly, I used to come to this place all the time, back when it was truly THE place. That’s why it makes me so sad to see how much it has changed. Today, it feels old, tired, and quite neglected. The rooms are practically the same, with the same woven blankets, now yellowed and stiff. The walls were dirty, my room didn’t even have a trash can, and the bed was extremely hard. But the worst part was the noise. It wasn’t coming from the street or from other guests, but from the building itself. Even with the air conditioning turned off, there was a constant roar accompanied by vibrations, as if a generator were running inside the walls. It was truly uncomfortable. On top of that, the television looked like it was about to fall, and I was even afraid to move it. And what a disappointment the famous Sunday buffet was, which used to be one of the best things about the place. Now it’s quite basic, with nothing special. Another one of my traditions was spending an entire afternoon on the rooftop, just like in the old days. This time, they asked us to leave at 4 p.m. because they had an event. I had never seen them close off the entire space for a private event before.
That said, the staff is still incredibly attentive and friendly, and that is very much appreciated. But what a shame. It used to be a place with personality, charm, and an experience that truly set it apart. Today, it feels like just another hotel—quite basic and living off what it once was. its quite sad!
Room was clean. I reserved a double room with Balcony, but there was no balcony, sadly. The little restaurant was fabulous with great service and excellent ambiance.
The breakfast was wonderful and the concierge care was super. I would definitely stay here again.
