The staff here is very attentive. Reina makes sure everyone is well taken care of. Breakfasts are a wonderful touch and freshly made every morning. Water, tea and coffee are available 24/7.

Really great location nearby the metro and a lot of activities, the breakfast was a nice little buffet station and the staff was super nice. They kept our backpacks after check out up until 6pm for no additional cost and still offered us if we needed water or to use the bathroom.

Everyone was very nice and profesional, my room had a few stains on the headboard and the mattress was not that comfortable at all. The location of the of the hotel is great The lady that serves breakfast is very nice, same with the young lady that is at the reception by the name of Fernanda. Thankyou

The check-in and check-out process was quick and easy. The staff were always available and helpful. The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of many landmarks and restaurants, which made exploring the area very easy. Our room was clean, tidy, and spacious, and we had a comfortable stay overall. The only minor issue we noticed was that the bathroom sink made quite a bit of noise at night. Overall, we had a great experience and would recommend this hotel!

Hotel Colmena Centro is highly recommended. Although it is only a couple of blocks from the Zocalo, it is on a quiet street. Our room looked out over the street and it was very quiet at night. The breakfast buffet is quite lavish, great home cooked food, Wifi was fast and worked perfectly. Five stars all around.

As soon as we arrived there were two ladies at the front desk that were extremely rude. We stayed there for 5 days and they were at the front desk for about 2 days, the bed in our room had a hole in it, and was very uncomfortable. Location was convenient, and the other young lady that was there for the last 2 days of our stay was very sweet, she made up for the rude women that were there at arrival.

We enjoyed our stay here. The place was clean and tidy. If you enjoy sleeping on extremely firm beds then this is the place for you. I found that I woke up hurting because it was too hard for me. The staff were very helpful. It was nice to have breakfast included. The location is extremely convenient to the historical center. We found out when we were leaving that there’s actually a gym here, but we weren’t made aware of it.

a really good stay at the hotel 👍 The location was excellent—Zócalo was very close and easy to walk to. There were also many stores nearby, which made shopping super convenient. I would recommend this hotel just for the location. A quiet tree line side street in the historic district but in the middle of everything. Not only does it have location, it is a charming building, with a pleasant shared courtyard. The staff was gracious, and helpful. Breakfast was good and tea and coffee service all the time. I would definitely stay here again.
