Very well lighten and comfortable house, in the heart of new Polanco, the best area of Mexico City, one of the safest and elegant neighborhoods, it has all services and amenities, 24 hour security, very close to all the best malls, movie theaters, supermarkets, laundries, everything you need at a walking distance  
Ideal for couples or executives looking to be familiar with Mexico or need a relaxing and quite place to work  
Totally equipped for cooking right there, cable TV, Internet  
  
The Space:  
It’s the best option of you´re coming to work or just to know the city, one block away you’ll find Antara Fashion Hall, one of the most important shopping centers. Within the same block from the apartment, you’ll find Plaza Carso where you can find movie theaters, supermarkets, Soumaya Museum, Jumex Museum and the biggest Aquarium in Latin America.  
Also at a walking distance you’ll find the famous Masaryk avenue, the nicest street in Mexico, where you can find the best bars, restaurants and luxury shopping.  
You can choose a bike to ride to Reforma where you’ll find the El Ángel de la Independencia, Bosque de Chapultepec, Parque Lincoln among other attractions.  
Excellent area close to whatever you need.

In this place there is no shortage of colonial style mansions, museums, embassies, restaurants, luxurious stores and shopping malls. Take a walk along Masaryk Avenue to find the most upscale, high-end boutiques in Latin America. This is Mexico’s very own 5th avenue.  
  
This posh, immaculate area has everything you need and probably, everything you didn’t even know you needed. Polanco is, in short, the Mexican elite playground”

\*In Mexico City, we do not use heaters or air conditioning. We recommend keeping an eye on the weather forecast and packing accordingly with clothing that best suits the climate :).  
  
\*Mexico City has experienced water cuts in the area. In the event of a possible water shortage, we will remain attentive at all times.  
  
We provide one towel per person per stay, most of our apartments have washing and drying machines or are located close to a laundry.

I care about my guests and to make them feel at home, as you can see from my reviews, I’m available by AirBnb messages or Whatss, you have my cell phone so you can have contact. Our online availability hours are from 9am to 10 pm.  
  
Security Deposit  
For reservations made outside of Airbnb, Vrbo, or our website, we require a valid credit card to place a security deposit hold. This hold is not a charge and is automatically released after checkout, provided there are no damages or breaches during the stay.
