Since it was the winter season and pretty cold outside, we didn't go fishing but this would be an amazing spot to fish as the pictures show. Randy made us a fire our second night and we had wonderful conversations as well. We decided to stay at this cabin because we wanted a secluded and comfy spot in the country. We went to San Angelo and spent our days there as well as going to the state park. We also did some birding, as the hosts have a wonderful yard with a lot of feeders. A really nice spot here in nature. This cabin is rustic and basic, If that is not for you then you may not want to stay at this spot. Both of us really enjoy nature and we look forward to going back when the weather warms up! ##### David W.
