Port Canaveral and its many Cruise Ships are only 7 miles (8-10 minutes) from the resort. Cocoa Beach & the Cape Canaveral Beaches are only 10-12 minutes from the resort. The Kennedy Space Center Visitor Complex is only 10 miles (15 minutes) from us. We are 23 miles (25 minutes) from Brevard Zoo. The USSSA Space Coast Complex and Stadium is 21 miles (23 minutes) from the resort. We are between 50-65 miles from Orlando attractions and Theme Parks. Other Things to Note: Our property is Pet Friendly; however, all pets must be on a leash at all times. If your pet is not friendly with other people or pets, we ask you to walk them away from other guests & pets. Most importantly please pick up after your pet, there are pet waste stations throughout the property. If your pet is a "barker", when you are gone, please make other arrangements for your pet. There is a doggie daycare only 1.4 miles away from the resort called Brevard Bed & Biscuit Ahoy, when walking the boardwalks around the marina areas please do not climb on the boats as they are private property and may be someone's home. If you are bringing a boat or jet skis, you are welcome to use the boat ramp on site. There is no charge to park the boat trailer on the grass area of the dirt road along the South end of the property.
