Just 30 min away from Merida city, and 10 minutes walking distance from Malecon of Progreso. This is two bedrooms and two bathrooms 120 m² apartment, capacity for up to 6 people. All the apartment has air conditioning, hot water, an amazing terrace with ocean view and hammocks to enjoy the fresh weather, and a charming living room, dining room and fully equipped kitchen. This is the epitome of over promised and under delivered!!Washing machine did not work properly, dryer is non existent!! No toaster, we had to go buy the blender, the kettle is so rusted it is not usable. If you think you are getting a deck with four chairs you are not!! If you get suite 3B the deck is very small and you have to hang your laundry there. The furniture has sooo many stains on them that you feel dirty every time you had to sit. Some updating of supplies and furniture is definitely needed!! We will NOT be returning to this condo. ##### Jan D.
