"Friendly, helpful staff. Great pool, though it closes too early. Short walk to shops, but you can take the shuttle (every hour), shuttle to the Dead Sea beach every 20 minutes. Beautiful view from the Deluxe Room. Massage at the Spa was good. Would stay again."

"The staff was very helpful! Allowing us to do a late check out so we could spend the morning at the sea and in the pool and showering in our room! The close access to the Dead Sea was a huge perk and the private beach was very nice! The pool was great as well as the indoor pools! Highly recommend!"

"It is all included hotel good for family with kids many activities for kids , the food variety was good but not fully testy , the ice machine not healthy I observed people taking ice from the machine and from the trolley next to the bar by hand after been inside the pool or coming out form the restroom I did talked with a staff member that look as in garage asking if will be possible to have a Big spoon like this no one take by hand but they was no action, the chek in took like two hours in line and the hotel look tired need some renovations ,"
