Amazing property with spectacular views of the caldera! They were very easy to communicate with before and throughout the stay! I got a surprise complimentary upgrade to a superior room with a spacious outdoor balcony that has unobstructed views of the caldera with beautiful sunsets, and a hot tub! Great food and staff.

Our stay at La Maison Ottomane was outstanding! Alex and Andreas showed my fiancée and I an exceptional level of hospitality and kindness. We had an early ferry and Alex prepared a fresh breakfast for us, plus sent us off with pancakes for the road! Also, she provided us with a selection of wines to celebrate our engagement. The location is just a short walk away from the Old Port which was perfect. If you can book this unique place, you won’t forget it.

Very nice property tucked away in the Old Town where all the action is food and shopping wise! George and his staff were very very amenable and ready to make sure we loved our stay. Breakfast at the hotel restaurant was amazing! Great choice, fresh and generous portions. A couple of days we had early departures and George arrange for a takeaway breakfast option for us. We absolutely loved our stay. The hotel is in a prime location and easy to find. The staff are so welcoming and very responsive. We had a room with a private tub and the view was incredible. Clean room, fresh breakfast, 11/10 would stay here again.

Street parking was convenient, easy access to restaurants, and attractions(lots of elevations) Staff were very helpful and friendly. Kitchenette was a nice bonus. Sauna and pool was a nice feature

This hotel is unique, but very interesting and pleasing! We were upgraded due to my husbands height. We needed a bed with no foot board. We were on the top floor....had a beautiful sunny deck...perfect for March sunshine! We looked out on snow covered mountains , a lemon tree, old buildings and roofs. This hotel was simply stunning. Beautiful decor downtown Chania, hidden between houses and with a stunning courtyard.

We just finished our stay at Mergovilia. We are actually waiting for our ferry to our next destination, that’s how compelled I am to write. We stayed 4 nights 5 days and our stay was perfect. The manger and staff did everything to help make our time in Santorini exceptional and our stay in their home personable. Johanna the manager helped organize reservations, car rentals, advised on tourist attractions, restaurants and more! They aim to be helpful without being intrusive and they do it well!...

We had a terrific time at Casa Leone. Olga was super helpful, booked incredible excursions for us and even prepared early breakfast before our departure. The complementary breakfast was delicious. Hotel is walking distance from many bars and restaurants, and we were mostly able to find public parking for our car rental. Thank you Olga!
