« Hôtel.com nous a facturé la nuitée et cet hôtel nous a chargé la chambre en double. Nous avons communiqué avec Hotel.com qui a communiqué avec l’hôtel. Ceux-ci devait nous rembourser la chambre dans les 7 à 10 jours. Ça fait plus de 2 semaines et nous sommes toujours en attente du remboursement. TRÈS MAUVAIS SERVICE ET NOUS AVONS DES DOUTES SUR L’HONNÊTETÉ DE CET HÔTEL. Pourquoi arrive-t-il à nous facturer la chambre la journée de notre hébergement, mais on-t-il besoin de 7 à 10 jours pour...
