The house decor was cute and the beds were comfortable. The house was located just 10 minutes from Beale Street. It was on a cul-de-sac, meaning practically no traffic by the home itself, but the interstate is located right behind the subdivision and train tracks nearby (not an issue for city dwellers, but might be for those that are not used to traffic noise). The only real issue we had with our stay were the rugs in the living and dining room. Because the rugs weren't the heaviest of material, they were constantly buckling up and posing a tripping hazard. Since a couple of our group use canes to get around, this was a safety concern for us. Otherwise, we had no problems and were happy with our stay. ##### Annette R. Daphne was the most responsive host we have ever worked with. I contacted her with several questions and she usually responded within 15 minutes. The house was very clean and the kitchen well stocked for cooking. The pool table was nice and we used it a lot. The home is close to the freeway which was a concern to me as I am a light sleeper. My concern was unfounded as once inside the home you do not hear the passing vehicles other than an occasional rumble from a big truck. The beds were extremely comfortable. The house could not be better situated. 2.5 miles to city center. 5.9 miles to Graceland and about the same to the airport. We would gladly stay here if we return to the area. ##### Don M.
