Property Summary  
Chalet Elda is a simple, comfortable, and detached chalet located in the hamlet of Poira, 5 km from the center of Mello, Italy. It offers a secluded, quiet, and sunny position along a wooded area with a south-facing view. The property boasts a large, beautiful, and fenced 2,000 m2 garden, a terrace with garden furniture, and a barbecue area. Additionally, it provides a storage room for bicycles, a sun terrace, and a storage room for skis. The chalet features amenities such as a yard, internet WiFi, and parking.  
  
Outdoors  
Enjoy the private and spacious outdoor space with a large, beautiful, fenced garden spanning 2,000 m2\. Relax on the terrace, equipped with garden furniture, or savor delicious meals cooked on the barbecue. The chalet's secluded, quiet, and sunny location along a wooded area offers a serene atmosphere for your holiday rental.

The chalet is accessible by motor access (mountain road), and snow chains are recommended during the winter season. On-site parking for two cars is available during the winter months, while public parking is located 50 meters away on the road. Please note that the parking space or garage is suitable only for small to medium-sized cars with dimensions of height 200 cm and width 220 cm. Nearby amenities include a grocery store and restaurant within a 5 km distance, and a supermarket located 5 km away. Animals in the neighborhood may be encountered.

Morbegno, a nearby town, is situated 14 km away, while Val di Mello is 20 km from the chalet. Adventure seekers can explore the Fly Emotion (Zipline) attraction, which is 24 km away, and the Ponte Tibetano Ponte nel Cielo (Tibetan Bridge in the Sky) is 28 km from the property. Sondrio, another town, is 35 km away, and the famous Bernina Express train between Tirano and St. Moritz can be accessed within 60 km. Lago di Como, a well-known lake, is conveniently located 28 km from the chalet. Hiking enthusiasts can enjoy various trails, including Bagni di Masino, Lago San Martino, Lago di Scermendone, Monte Belinghera, and Sentiero Valtellina.

You will be staying in a 4-room chalet that spans 100 square meters on the ground floor. The chalet is spacious, bright, and furnished in a practical and comfortable manner. It features a large living/dining room with an open-hearth fireplace and a television set. The living/dining room also has an exit leading to the garden. There are three bedrooms, one with two beds, another with two beds, and a double bedroom.  
  
Amenities Included  
The chalet is equipped with a kitchen that includes five hot plates, an oven, a toaster, a kettle, an electric coffee machine, and complimentary Nespresso capsules for the coffee machine. There is also a small dining table in the kitchen area. The bathroom has a shower, bidet, and toilet. The chalet has heating and parquet floors throughout. Outdoor amenities include a barbecue and six deck chairs. Other amenities provided are a washing machine, hair dryer, and free logs for the fireplace. Additionally, free WiFi internet access is available.
