The home is fully equipped to host long or short term guests. Nestled in a quiet cul de sac, we are conveniently located just a few miles from FIT, downtown Melbourne, a 10 minute drive to the beach and about an hour away from the the attractions of Orlando and the Kennedy Space Center. The home is located near FIT, downtown Melbourne, shopping in Palm Bay, just a short drive to the beautiful beaches of the space coast and an hour away from the attractions of Orlando as well as the Kennedy Space Center. It has been recently renovated with a brand new kitchen and appliances. The bathrooms were also partially renovated. New linens and towels as well as allergy covers on all the mattresses and pillows will set your mind at ease. Large closets in every bedroom as well as a 2 car garage will accommodate any amount of luggage you may bring! I am picky about cleanliness. The fan in the bedroom could use dusted, but that is the only thing I noticed. The beds were comfortable. There was 7 of us, 4 adults and 3 kids and there was plenty of space for us. The only issue we had was the toaster is broken. I meant to text the owner about it. But we were so busy the entire time, I forgot. I ended up toasting our bagels in the oven. But other than that, we had great stay. I would definitely rent this place again! ##### Trixie W.
