There were just a couple of maintenance issues with only one of the three aircon remotes working and the drainage not coping with 4 morning showers as well as dish washing. Comfortable rooms, great little courtyard. Only a few small issues: drain in the shower didn't drain so it made showers difficult with 5 staying. Iron is quite poor and stained a few shirts we ironed. There was also no dish washing detergent which I imagined might have been there.
