Conveniently close to both Rye Township and its beautiful beaches, this 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom property offers a perfect mix of seclusion and local vibrancy. Off-road parking is available for boats and cars. Upon arrival, guests are welcomed by a contemporary kitchen showcasing modern finishes, ample cooking equipment, and high-quality appliances. The adjoining dining area is a cozy spot for gathering and enjoying meals with loved ones. Comfortable lounges with seasonal climate control provide a relaxing environment for unwinding after a day of exploring the peninsula. The living spaces seamlessly transition to an outdoor deck and living area, allowing guests to enjoy BBQs and meals while overlooking the garden. The home features four well-appointed bedrooms, offering ample space for family and friends. The master bedroom boasts a king-size bed, an ensuite bathroom, split-system air conditioning, and a TV. There is also a queen bedroom with air conditioning, and two rooms with tri-bunks—one of which includes a TV and air conditioning.
