Sleeps a total of 14\. Entry is via a door with keypad code. Over 4,000 square feet of inside living space available to you, plenty of area for everyone to spread out or enjoy fun group gatherings. In addition this 1.1 acre property has over 10,000 square feet of outside covered deck area to relax and enjoy some shade on those hot steamy days. A grand entrance hall with chandelier greet you, beautiful wood staircase leading to third floor mezzanine which has two bunk beds, each with a double bed on bottom and single bed on top, sleeping a total of 6 in mezzanine, rest of third floor not accessible with rental. Nanny quarters available for additional fee, it's a one bedroom fully equipped apartment on lower level. Featuring a very large kitchen in the heart of 2nd floor, two full size ice and water dispensing fridges, two wall ovens, a microwave, Keurig coffee machine, toaster and cooktop ensure your gourmet meals can be prepared in comfort. A massive island highlights open space concept of second floor great room. Washer and dryer included for guests use at any time. First floor and Third floor not available with rental however 3rd floor mezzanine area with two bunk beds is included in rental.
