Motel needs a very very good clean up in gardens, weeds everywhere, overgrown trees, very untidy. Outside looks very dull and rundown. Even though there was plenty of room the furniture, cigarette burns in couch, and carpet need to be replaced/updated. The floor would've been more comfortable than the bed.
