Turtle nesting right out back the season is May thru October. 1 hr and 15 to Disney, several restaurants within walking distance from the property. Space center 25 miles north and you can witness amazing launches from the deck. The host was quick to respond. Great to have washer and dryer. However, it was not cleaned well at all - crumbs on the counter, sand, crumbs and spots on the floors. The bathroom floor needed a good scrubbing. Everything needs updated - the sofas are dirty and uncomfortable, new linens would be good (sheets and towels) - pillows are flat. The internet was sporadic.
