You can’t beat this location if you’re looking to stay in Melbourne Beach. Also, the price is very reasonable. The bed was comfortable, the AC worked really well, and TVs had multiple streaming platforms available. »

We lost service to the TV late one night and the customer service was outstanding. Didn't mind at all being late and had it back up in seconds. « Overall, a great stay. A few things that were easily sorted out with the property management. It was noisy early in the morning as there was work being done- this was specifically stated before we booked. Great updated feel to the place, little things could be better, but overall great choice. For the discounted rate- I definitely recommend. Hopefully the lights in the hallway get addressed soon. »

Location is great, second story has easy access in and out, beach view was great, walking distance to beach access was reasonable. property was very clean, has lots of amenities. Bed was very comfortable. Overall great location and comfort. Construction wasn't bad you could hear noise during the week days and after 9 or 10 not bad since we were awake then. »
