Cosy Apartment For 4 Persons On Spacious Private Property

Two bedroom apartment on mansard in the lovely family house surrounded by 1200 sq meters of the greenery. Fully equipped summer kitchen and swimming pool with sunbeds on exclusive disposal to the guests of the apartment. Ground floor of the house is not inhabited, therefore the guests enjoy complete comfort and privacy of this fantastic property.
The parents will appreciate the comfort of the fenced property and children safety net in the swimming pool.

Inside area is tastefully furnished, the majority of the space under the loft ceiling. Kitchen space is tiny but functional with small dining table. Big terrace with sitting furniture offers relaxing view to the property. The luck of the living room is well compensated by the vast and well equipped outdoor space.

Apartment is 1km distanced from the center of Medulin, dynamic and eventful tourist destination. It's one of the rare places in Istria with sandy beach, especially attractive for families with children. Besides variety of summer sports, delicious restaurants, children amusement park, beach bars, plenty of souvenir shops and galleries, the adventurous guests can experience horse riding school, panorama flights or sky diving. Adrenaline park is only 100 meters from the house.

The cape Kamenjak - the unique nature park is 10 km distanced from Medulin. The historical and cultural center of the region, town Pula is within 7 km reach...

Toller Urlaub

Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub mit unseren 2 Kindern. Der Außenbereich ist Klasse und die Outdoorküche war toll. Wir waren den ganzen Urlaub nur zum schlafen im Haus. Wir können das Haus nur empfehlen: )

Alles wahr Tip Top..Pool sauber Grundstück komplett umzäunt da konnte die Kleine herumtoben und die Outdoorküche ist der Hammer wir lebten 2 Wochen draußen waren nur zum Schlafen in der Wohnung 😊

Sehr viel Privatsphäre

Unsere 4-köpfige Familie mit 2 Schulkindern hat die zwei Wochen in diesem Paradieschen sehr toll erlebt! Die Gastgeber vor Ort waren stets für uns da, haben uns jedoch total in Ruhe Ferien machen lassen. Wir hatten das gesamte eingezäunte Grundstück völlig für uns. Dank der genial eingerichteten Aussenküche haben wir neben denSchlafstunden draussen gewohnt. Einfach herrlich, entspannt und erholsam! Vielen Dank Zvonko und Juciza für diese Zeit.

Toller Pool und Außenbereich, gepflegte Wohnung

Wir haben mit 2 Erwachsenen und 2 Kindern (7 und 10 Jahre) für 14 Tage in der Ferienwohnung Urlaub gemacht. Die Wohnung besteht aus zwei Schlafzimmern mit nach unserem Empfinden bequemen Betten, einem modernen Bad und einer kleinen Küche/Aufenthaltsraum. Von der Ausstattung her haben wir nichts vermisst. Den Großteil unserer Zeit haben wir dem Wetter entsprechend draußen verbracht. Der Pool ist ausreichend groß, etwa 1,40 m bis 1,50 m tief - wir haben ihn ausgiebig genutzt. Ein kleiner Nachteil mag die Lage des Grundstücks an einer stärker befahrenen Straße sein - wir konnten den Verkehrslärm aber gut ausblenden bzw. die Kinder konnten ihn gut übertönen. Ansonsten liegt das vollständig eingefasste Grundstück abseits der touristischen Unterkünfte. Empfangen, verabschiedet und zwischendurch betreut (regelmäßige Pflege des Pools) wurden wir von einem sehr netten Ehepaar. Strände sind in wenigen Autominuten zu erreichen und auch der Flughafen in Pula ist nicht weit. Wir haben hier einen tollen Urlaub verbracht und konnten uns gut erholen.
